The Charlotte Village Winery was started by Bill Pelkey along with his wife, Colleen Pelkey, and son, William Pelkey. They began making our three magnificent blueberry wines in 1998, and proceeded to make 10 other varieties. They built their own winery in 2005 and have been running the operations since then.
